at the top of the property listings page so you know which ones this applies to.
Where it is a Cyprusanytime property we maintain and fully manage the property on behalf of the client. We deal with you the client and provide all the support and service prior to your arrival, upon your arrival, during your stay and after your arrival.

Properties that we do not manage are listed by the owners them selfs, whilst we have no control over the property nor any liability for them we do try to ensure the highest standard and will remove any that we receive bad reports about. We will contact holiday makers on a random basis to eusure the hightest standards.
Some properties we list have been inspected and whilst we do not deal with the property you will see a 'I' icon to say we have inspected it and that at the time of the inspection the property was as the owner listed and therefore satisfactory for use and fit for purpose.
