There is a side veranda with table and chairs and canopy, balconies to all bedrooms and lounge, car parts, Sky and Arab satellite TV with hundreds of english and foreign channels including SKY and movie channels. The town center of Chloraka is 5 mins away and the main town centre of Paphos 10 mins. The beach is a 5 min walk and a large communal pool is 10 metres away.
The facilities include, Large TV with English Television, DVD player, All bed linen, plenty of towels, a fridge freezer, full plates, cutlery etc, kettle, gas cooker and a washing machine. There is private parking out side. There is 3 private verandas, which is accessible from the master bedroom. It has heating for the winter, rarely needed, and full Air-Conditioning for the rest of the year. When you arrive there will be sufficient tea, coffee and some fresh milk to get you started. The basic essentials will also be there, washing up liquid and toilet rolls etc. So no worries if your flight arrives in the middle of the night. As you enter the open plan kitchen is to the left. Then you enter the large main area with dining area followed by the spacious and well equipped lounge. To the left is a outside dining and resting area. There is a corridor to the right which takes you to the main double bedroom, en-suite and the second twin bedroom. There is a further bathroom/shower room. The second bedroom has a private balcony This apartment was brand new in Summer 2008 and therefore in excellent condition Due to the owners frequent visits this apartment is usually only available for shorter terms stays below 1 month. Prices are in Sterling and include all services, inc elec, gas etc. The price is per week for the apartment no matter how many are resident. For stays over 1 week a discount can be received. This apartment can be also rented for longer stays at special rates. Air conditions is available for £5 per day in high season. A car can be made available and also wireless internet. |
