A HOME FROM HOME

This Cyprus Holiday home has a whole host of facilities and has been furnished to create a home from home experience.

The living area has SATELITE TV, DVD player and 2 double sofa beds to accommodate up to 5 people. There is also WIRELESS INTERNET, a TRAVEL COT and HIGH CHAIR. All of these facilities are available FREE OF CHARGE.

The kitchen hosts a full range of modern equipment including a full size oven, 4 ring hob, full size fridge, full size freezer, washing machine, plenty of cups, mugs, cutlery, saucepans etc. It also has a George Foreman Grill, toaster, sandwich maker, picnic bag (including wine glasses, table cloth and cutlery), cool bag, coffee maker, kettle, iron, mini iron board.

The bedrooms are fully air conditioned and each have large wardrobes and a balcony. There is a hairdryer, spare sheets, extra blankets, spare pillows, towels. There is also a selection of board games. One bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds.

The house has 1 bathroom, with water pressure switch, solar heated water tanks and an immersion to heat the water on cloudy days.

The property has 2 WC's

Dining area has 4 seats around dining table and 2 bar stools at breakfast bar.

The patio door leading from living area to the outside has a patio with decking to the side where it allows plenty of room for lounging in the many days of sunshine Cyprus has to offer.

PAPHOS Paphos is only 30 minutes away where you will find many historical sites such as the Tomb of the kings and the Roman Mosaics and other tourist attractions. Paphos harbour also has many restaurants and often hold many outdoor activities, including concerts, wine festivals and so POLIS Polis is just 6 kms away you will find the small town of Polis which is the least developed beach resort in the Paphos area and offers easy access to the varied landscapes. Here you will find crystal clear waters, friendly locals, cafe's bars and restaurants all centred around the famous Square where once again you will receive the very welcoming Cypriot charm. Polis has many examples of old architecture and as you walk around the town you'll be impressed by the traditional buildings You can walk from the campsite at Polis all the way along the beach to Latchi which has fantastic fish restaurants. You will also be able to hire a boat, go fishing, (day or night) and diving. GOLF Tsada Golf Course - 20 minutes Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills Golf Courses are both within an hour. GOUDI VILLAGE Tranquillity and the slow pace of traditional village life is offered by the village of Goudi an ideal location to explore the beauty of the surrounding area. There are also fantastic views towards the Chrysochous valley and the villages south of Paphos forest. AKAMAS PENINSULA However, no visit to the area will be complete unless it includes a day out in the nature reserve. An unspoiled land, with a very rich flora and with several walking trails, the Akamas is simply a nature lover’s paradise. A boat trip along the spectacular Akamas coastline is also an experience not to be missed.

Travel

Directions to the property: From Larnaca Airport: Enter the Larnaca-Limassol motorway driving towards Limassol. From there continue straight into the Limassol-Paphos motorway. From Paphos Airport: Enter the Limassol-Paphos motorway driving towards Paphos. At the very end of the motorway (after a 15 min. drive from Paphos Airport and 90 min. drive from Larnaca), drive straight onto the Paphos-Polis road (the B7). Follow the main road for about 1/2 an hour. After going through Skoulli village, the next village is Goudi. DO NOT take the first turning left for the village centre, instead continue on the main road, passing a small shop on your left called Glykis, Continue driving and after 50 yards turn left at crossroads sign posted Village Centre. (A signpost for Lofos Village will be on the corner of the road). After a couple of seconds you will come to a crossroads, go straight ahead and very shortly you will drive over a small (dry river) bridge. (If you look UPWARDS to your left you will see the development of modern houses - this is where you will be aiming for). Soon after this you will see a stone wall to your right, carry on UPHILL and around the bends, (ALWAYS DRIVING UPHILL). You will pass the Village Church on your left and a green striped car port on your right. Continue uphill and very shortly you will see a signpost for Christou Brothers Development (C & N). Turn left at this sign and you will find the house (no 4a) half way down on your left.
