| On the top of the hill on the luxury Melanos Estate in Chloraka we offer the ultimate on luxury Holidays.
This 3/4 bedroom villa with large private pool is on a private estate, the road only goes to the top villa's so it is quiet and secure. Yet the Tomb of the kings road is just a few minutes away, the harbour 10 mins as is the town centre.
The villa is furnished to the highest standards, with telephone, internet and a wide range of TV chanels including English and Russian. It is also alarmed with alerts to a local on site management team.
The main bedroom is ensuite and on the top floor there are 2 further bedrooms with a large seperate bathroom. All bedrooms have private balconies.
The kitchen has all the highest quality equipment you expect, microvave, fridge freezzer, cooker, hob, 7kg washing machine, dishwasher and twin sinks.
There are awesome views form all rooms and especially the large split level lounge which lead on to the private pool, which has lots of seating areas and a shower and barbeque area.
There are various outside balconies and ares to use and a gated entrance to ample car parking.
All the bed linen and towels are the best quality and there are plenty. This property can be provided with regular cleans and is suitable for short and longer holiday lets.
