ARRANGEMENT WITH INDEPENDENTOWNERS.COM Independent owners operate a Property based portal at www.independentowners.com. This lists various letting properties all over the world. Additionally they offer individual websites and domain names for property owners. This used to cost 14 euros per month to set up a domain name and website via Independents Owners and be listed on their main portal site. This includes YOU doing all the work, the setting up, the website, registering etc. There is no charge now to be listed on the Independent Owners website. We will set up the account and add the basic information for your property FREE OF CHARGE. We will send you details of how to access the website and then you can update as necessary also for Free. All enquiries from this website come directly to you, you get the availability calender and are able to market the website directly as you require. Here are the first 2 we have

In addition we will also list your property on a further 6 websites which offer properties for rent FREE OF CHARGE.
We can in addition visit your property and take suitable photos and complete the website write up to your satisfaction. The cost for this for properties within 20km of Pafos is £50GBP. Other areas subject to negotiation. This is a one off fee. You own the photo's and text and are free to use the info on other websites, agents and your own site.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal. and we can arrange this even if you are using the advertising route in order to assist our clients. We regularly visit Cyprus and have agents working 24-7 based on the Island so we can accommodate all your requirements.

We take over the full process for your property. We take the photos, do the write up & promote your property. We take the bookings, prepare and sign suitable agreements with the renters to protect you and your property. We will check the property before and after each visit. It will be cleaned and maintained as necessary so the renters have an excellent visit and want to return. We will meet and induct all holidaymakers, they will receive a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and the basics so they have no worries about arriving at night.
We can be paid either via a fixed rate commission of what we take after any expenses, repairs maintenance etc or on a fee basis.
If you visit your property then let us know when and we will make sure it is always free, ready and clean for your visit. We make no charge for preparing your own property for your own visits.
