We receive many enquiries for long term rentals from working persons in Cyprus or coming to work here. With these properties we can take as much information, references, deposit as you require. We conduct regular inspections and ensure that the property is properly looked after by the tenant or they face the prospect of losing their deposit and eviction.
Normally we agree a deposit of up to 3 months and at least a months rent in advance. It is preferable for the tenant to pay by bank transfer but we can collect if needs be. For long term rentals our normal charge is 1 months rent as a one off payment when a tenant is secured.
We also have a facility for listing properties where we simply just advertise it and you manage it all.
Hybrid of Vacation and Long term rentals
Also we receive enquiries for non seasonal rentals of up to 6 to 8 months. Many clients use this as a valuable source of revenue in the winter season to supplement the higher returns in the main season. We are shortly adding the section where we list long term rentals that are not suitable for seasonal lettings
Where we manage a property that does both we are often instructed to remove items more relevant to the vacation side for long term rentals
